You don't have to clean before we arrive. That's the entire point.
What we mean by meticulous
Most cleaning stops at the surfaces you can see. Ours doesn't.
We do what we can to get the dust out from under and behind things, so it doesn't drift back out and resettle somewhere else later. We use separate supplies for bathrooms and living surfaces. We use crevice tools for the corners a cloth can't reach, and we clean the narrow cracks around the stove and the microwave.
Ashley's rule: anybody whose main goal is to do it quickly isn't doing it thoroughly.

Luma is Ashley Cain and her daughter, Jaylin Gerdes.
Ashley grew up around this work — her parents cleaned professionally, and she tagged along to help. She's been at it ever since, and raised five kids in the middle of it. Jaylin joined wanting to be the person people could ask for help — especially at the point where asking feels hardest.
It's the two of them. The same two people, every visit.
